My in-laws are trying to get their kitchen remodel done but it’s been nightmare after nightmare. They started working with them in September and now it won’t be done in time for Christmas. Many measuring errors, wrong cabinets ordered have cost my in-laws hundreds of dollars extra by repeat visits by the install team. I feel bad for them and frustrated with kitchen world. At no point have they been apologetic either.
